Got Nothin’
One of my New Year’s resolutions was to blog every day….mostly just to get back in the habit. Back in the early days, I did really well, but the last couple of years I’ve been an admitted blog slacker. I didn’t have the time, or I didn’t feel like I had too much to say. Then I realized that I missed it. Even if it’s just posting something completely inane, I was missing the day-to-day chronicle of my life. Most days, I am able to find at least one thing that either interests or amuses me, but today, I’ve got absolutely nothing. I could wax poetic about my pathetic love for reality TV (I have a problem, I know), but that’s been done. I could talk about how much I’m looking forward to going to the Bahamas this year, but again, that’s been done.
So today, I’m giving myself permission to be void of anything significant and/or entertaining. And now I think I’ll go back to watching last night’s Big Brother After Dark. No wonder my brain is fried today.
