The Lion Sleeps (And Snores) Tonight
After my husband’s midnight symphony last night, I’m a little wiped out today. I’m off tomorrow, and I plan on doing abso-friggin-lutely nothing. Well, maybe I’ll vacuum. And do some laundry. Oh, and go to the grocery store. And cook dinner (I have a new recipe for sauteed chicken with shallots and vermouth). And dust. But that’s it.
Hooray for Fridays off!

Did you slap him upside the head? I mean, pat him gently so that he’d turn over?
Yay for you being off on Friday! Happy early Aloha Friday!

Well, the first 4 times, I gently nudged him. However, around 2:00 AM, I’d had enough, so I whacked him and yelled at him to shut up. I think he may have woken up with a headache.

Ryan used to only snore after I got up (I used to work earlier than him). Now, he has begun snoring at night while I am sleeping…but only when he is laying on his back. So I wake up and yell Roll Over and he does and hopefully we don’t repeat this an hour later. I have threatened to tape something odd shaped to his back so he won’t lay that way.
