Somewhere In My Youth Or Childhood
I must have done something good. The thing is, Karma is a mysterious thing. I had a really bad day today, complete with the mother of all headaches (seriously. We’re talking migraine with a capital M). My faith in humanity was tested at every turn, and all of this before 9:00AM. Somehow, I managed to slog through my day. By the time I left work today, I was pretty much done with just about everybody and everything.
Then I got home. There, on my doorstep, was a package. (This in and of itself is not a big deal. We get a lot of packages.) I let the dogs out, then went and retrieved the box from my front porch. Imagine my surprise when I learned that Kevin and I had received a big box of goodies from her. As we speak, I am munching on much needed chocolate covered Macadamia nuts (a personal favorite). You, my friend, are an angel sent straight from Heaven, and your generosity and kind soul have instantly renewed my spirit and restored my faith. Your actions (as well as your words) touch the lives of so many people, and those of us who know you are not only lucky, but blessed. Thank you for all you do. You rock my world!
One more thing: Sorry I didn’t wait for you so we could open it together, Kev. I’ll do my best to leave goodies for ya!

YIPEE!
I don’t know if I am at all deserving of such kind words…But I’ll take them. Hahahahah! No really, ask Spritle and he’ll give you the 411 and it AIN’T pretty.
Still, I wanted to “spread da Aloha” a long time ago! I’m extra giddy because you get a little respite from a bad day and some “omph” before the vacation! VACATION, Merrin Baby!
